Coming on Board, What to Expect
At PennComp, we understand the importance of solid communication and expectation management. For the majority of candidates, you can expect our process to be completed in two stages. However, there we may deviate for unique situations.
Submit your resume with contact details. If your profile matches, you’ll be invited to our office to complete an application and two assessments. After your initial interview, you can expect a response within a few days.
We evaluate your technical skills, work style, and career goals through competency-based interviews with our team and leadership. You’ll receive an update within one week of your second-round interview.
